The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), in its role as the State Education Agency (SEA), is required by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA, at 20 U.S.C. § 1400, et seq.) to submit an Annual Performance Report (APR).  This report is designed to provide a comprehensive update on SEA efforts to meet both federal and local objectives for all students with disabilities to achieve at high levels and receive timely and effective support.
