Purpose:  The purpose of the IDEA, Part C Grant, known as the Early Intervention Program for Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities, is to assist States in the implementation of a statewide, comprehensive, coordinated, multidisciplinary, interagency system of early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families while stimulating the economy.
