The DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) administers the District of Columbia Adult Scholarship Program (DCASP). DCASP is a District financial aid program designed to assist eligible students twenty-five (25) years of age or older who demonstrate a financial need (as determined by the US Department of Education) in attending eligible postsecondary educational institutions in the District of Columbia.
The online application is available beginning January 1, 2008.
