University Partner:  Georgetown University

 

Program Highlights:  Through their partnership with Georgetown University, some Woodson students have had the opportunity to attend Saturday Academies on the Georgetown Campus.  Students have also visited Hemlock Overlook Park and the Great Blacks in Wax Museum in Baltimore, MD. 

 

Summer Institute Highlights:  The eligible students from the Woodson cohort attend the Georgetown University Summer Institute.  This year's science curriculum will focus on genetics; students will explore various genetic traits through unique field trips.  

 

Upcoming Activities:  Students will visit the University of MD at College Park and the Great Blacks in Wax Museum.
