Program Highlights:  Students have attended many unique and interesting field trips, including; a Leadership and Personal Growth trip to Hemlock Overlook, tours of Smithsonian Museums, History of DC, and the White House, and visits to American, Trinity, George Mason, and Howard Universities and Georgetown and Howard University Law Schools. Students attended a week-long Spring Break trip to visit colleges and universities in Atlanta, Georgia or North Carolina. 

 

Summer Institute Highlights: Sector Four students have had the opportunity to attend various workshops during the summers.  Students attend each of the four other workshops hosted by Georgetown University, Howard University, Southeastern University, and the University of the District of Columbia.  After attending different workshops, the students have an opportunity to share the topics and subject matter with one another.
